PHI Research

The Norwegian institute of Philology conducts and is involved in a number of research activities, in Norway and internationally. Some of our research consists of larger research projects on an international scale, other projects are the individual researchers' own projects, and some research activity is specifically related to Norwegian society and policy makers.

The Norwegian Institute of Philology plays an active role in the use of digital technology for research and development within the humanities, and we are thus involved in digital humanities and digital philology. See our Digital Humanities page for more.
